We accept JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC (iPhone). Up to 10 MB per photo and up to 4 photos. You can drag, pick from your computer, or take a photo on the spot.
Pictro analyzes the damage level and viability before charging you. If a photo does not pass, you return to the upload step with a note on what to improve.
Standard restoration (repair, colorization, high resolution, ~5 min) or premium (professional sharpness, ultra-high resolution, lighting adjustments, ~8 min). You are only charged after you confirm.
Pick the result — faithful Restoration, realistic Colorization, or a present-day Realistic photo — confirm, and download it in high resolution from the /restauracao/dashboard panel.
How to get the best out of your old photos.
Upload the best possible original If the photo is physical, shoot it in good light, with no glare and without cropping the edges. Do not try to "fix" the photo before uploading — the AI works best from the original.
Sharp faces in compositions For family and memorial compositions, upload your own references of each person with a sharp, clearly visible face. The more clear photos per person, the more faithful the portrait.
Realistic expectations The AI preserves the identity and what the source photo shows. Profile, partial, or covered faces are kept that way — Pictro does not invent a new frontal expression.
Memorial tributes take longer Memorial compositions go through human review and require legal attestation. They are usually ready within 24 hours and come with a permanent watermark.

Toggle the multi-person switch on the upload step. This changes the workflow to support multiple participants with individual photo uploads.
Click Add Participant and provide a name, role (focal or supporting), and reference photos.
Each tier already includes 2 bonus photos inside the advertised total. Couples receive 12 photos total and groups of 3-4 receive 10.
Group context affects pose suggestions and composition. Duos can be couple, friends, relatives, colleagues, or other. Groups of 3-4 can be family, friends, relatives, colleagues, or other.
Multi-person photos are scored on composition, identity preservation, and overall quality.

Lighting matters: Use natural lighting and avoid harsh shadows. Well-lit photos produce significantly better results.
Variety helps: Upload photos with different angles and expressions. This gives the AI more data to work with.
Keep it natural: Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or hats that obscure your face. Clear, unedited photos work best.
Solutions for common issues.
Photos not uploading Check your file format (JPEG, PNG, WebP) and size (max 10 MB). Try a different browser if the issue persists.
Generation taking too long Generation typically takes 2-5 minutes. If it exceeds 10 minutes, check your photoshoot status on the dashboard.
Results don't look like me Upload more reference photos with different angles. Avoid photos with filters, sunglasses, or hats.
Cannot access dashboard Ensure you are signed in and your account has been approved by an administrator.
Payment or cost issues Contact support if you see unexpected charges. Cost estimates may vary slightly from final amounts.
Email verification not received Check your spam folder. If not found, request a new verification email from the login page.
